48 lt natural aluminium side case with MONOKEY® CAM-SIDE mounting The Trekker Outback EVO 48 side case is ideal for those seeking maximum durability on their motorcycle journeys. Made from natural aluminium, this case from the GIVI range can be purchased individually, either right or left version, or as a pair. The mounting mechanism is the MONOKEY® CAM-SIDE; the EVO versions feature die-cast aluminium anti-vibration mounts and new lower fastenings, which ensure excellent hold even on dirt roads and can be repaired in case of severe impacts.
The lid rotation system, Detachable Lid System, has been renewed and reinforced with stainless steel. It allows rotation locking and complete removal of the lid. The new hook system, Hold it Active System, further increases ease of use: it allows the case to be tilted without fully detaching it from the side support, making it easier to open the lid when a top case is mounted. Depending on the needs, the system can be activated or deactivated even when the case is mounted. The Security Lock closure is standard. When purchasing the PACK2, consisting of a pair of Outback EVO cases, a third lock cylinder is also available to be fitted to an optional top case, allowing a single key for the entire setup. Finally, thanks to the wide range of optional accessories (sold separately), there is an internal courtesy light, an elastic net storage pocket adaptable under the lid, a 35 lt waterproof inner bag, and an extendable x-line cargo bag, as well as other universal accessories.
GIVI guarantees its cases a water resistance level suitable for heavy rain; in particular, the cases are tested with a special machine simulating rainfall at a rate exceeding 20 lt./min.
