This year, for the entire 2016 MotoGP World Championship, GIVI will be sponsoring the new Ducati Desmosedici GP motorcycles of Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone!
Giuseppe Visenzi, President of Givi, has signed a sponsorship agreement which has been driven by his passion for motorcycle racing which, to this day, has a fundamental role in his corporate vision and which, as he has declared, forced him to choose to sponsor the Ducati Team.
To the immense satisfaction of the team from Borgo Panigale, this crucial sponsorship agreement will see the GIVI brand displayed on both sides of the swingarm of the Ducati bikes being ridden by Dovizioso and Iannone.
Luigi Dall’Igna, General Manager of Ducati Corse, declared: ‘We are really pleased to have reached this agreement with GIVI’ - ‘GIVI is a prestigious brand, well known to all motorbike riders and they are also an important supplier of accessories for Ducati, so we are particularly happy to have the GIVI logo on the official Desmosedici GPs of Dovizioso and Iannone with which we are going to take on the 2016 MotoGP World Championship’.
So GIVI becomes part of the Ducati Family and it really is a milestone, an excellent result that rewards the years of passionate work which the whole GIVI team has devoted to each of the company’s products.
Now we just have to sit back and wait for the beginning of the 2016 MotoGP season to enjoy what promises to be a fantastic show provided by these great motorcycle races!
